Rule 25
Document registration and bench

(1) If the document brought to be registered in the court is registered according to the law, the person bringing the document to be registered should be stamped in the registration book and its registration no. And the date should be given to the person bringing it to register. Only the date is given to the person who is on the date. 7(2) In case of failure to comply with the procedure, if a period has been set according to the prevailing law, within that period and within three days if no period has been set, the document shall be returned in writing on the first page with the signature of the registrar or the officer delegated by him and the seal of the court.
(3) In the case of a document brought to be registered that has expired or expired, or a document that does not need to be seen by the court, or a document that appears to be against the law, the reason for not being able to be registered. If there is a reason, on the back of the first page of the document, stating that "this document has been filed" and affixing the signature of the registrar and the seal of the court on a separate paper stating the grounds and reasons for filing the document, one copy should be returned to the concerned party with the signature of the registrar and the seal of the court. A copy must be filed with the court.
